I got the best deals from hotelscombined. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with my six-year-old twins and with huge luggage along. They were friendly with the kids and helped us all through the time we stayed at their hotel. It was one of the best places we stayed in for four weeks and the good thing was that the housekeeping department was on their tips and toes to help us around. Our room had an attached balcony which made our experience memorable. My family loved the travel experience and for them it was one of the most memorable trips they have ever went to. I would surely recommend it to my friends to try hotelscombined at least once. They take care of their customers even after the trip is done. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

I tried HotelsCombined for a nice motel out of the city nothing fancy just a time away from the city hassle. I found this great motel outside Minnesota which is run by a family and they were so nice to me. I got involved with their family chores and shared my life experiences with them. Not only I got a new perspective about life but also made few friends for lifetime despite being an orphan myself. I really enjoyed the experience and the hospitality they provided me with. The people at HotelsCombined were really helpful right from finding the motel to making sure my expectations are being met. I even got food vouchers and free ride from nearest bus stop to the motel. My mother and I just returned from our first stay at a five-star hotel which we got booked from HotelsCombined. It not only exceeded our expectations but it set the bar so high, I don’t know how any other hotel can compare. Beyond the aesthetically pleasing interior and rooms, the all-day snacks, canapés, treats, and ice cream, & the perfect central location in London, there is the best and most attentive staff working there. They not only met our needs but their attention to detail and thinking one step ahead truly sets them apart from the rest! We felt like royalty- the staff knew our preferences (sometimes before even we did!), had a unique attention to detail (themed surprises left in our room each day!), and truly cared about our experience and making sure our trip exceeded our expectations! This amazing website HotelsCombined gave us an impressive experience right from the start till the time we left for the airport with a bag of treats, water, and a sincere goodbye! I cannot rave about this website enough.

Booked Jaz Aquaviva Hurghada from the 9th April – 12th April 2016. Had confirmation from getaroom.com through the terrible comparison site Hotelscombined app. Hotel informed me they never had such a reservation and charged me nearly double the price again. Neither company offfered any telephone support which you need in an emergency. Spent nearly an hour embarrassed at reception arguing with the staff and reservation team. Emailed both Hotelscombined twice who never bothered to even contact me or acknowledge receipt of my email and getaroom.com. Getaroom.com sent me an email promising to resolve the situation and no further contact. I would stay away from both these companies and the Hotelscombined app and choose a more reputable app. I believe the transaction was fraudulent from the experience of no booking or reservation even though confirmed and paid by both parties. I intend to inform the UK media of both of these companies who I hope will write the story on them to protect other users of this terrible app and issue proceedings.
